Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Forge Dynamics AI Ops. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they're written to be clear, not to obscure obligations.

Key points: Forge Dynamics provides AI-generated operational recommendations. These are advisory only — we are not a licensed financial advisor, legal counsel, or auditor. You retain full ownership of your data. We never take autonomous actions without your explicit approval.

1. The Service

Forge Dynamics AI Ops provides automated operational intelligence for SaaS businesses, including weekly reporting, AI-generated recommendations, playbook-driven guidance, and operational memory built from your Stripe and GitHub data.

All recommendations are advisory. You are responsible for all business decisions. Forge Dynamics does not manage your business and is not liable for outcomes resulting from following or not following its recommendations.

2. Account & Access

You must be 18 years or older and have authority to bind your organization to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and OAuth connections.
You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access at legal@forgedynamicsai.com.
One account per organization. Multi-tenant access requires separate authorization.

3. Integrations & Permissions

By connecting Stripe or GitHub, you grant Forge Dynamics read-only OAuth access scoped as described in our Security page and Privacy Policy.

We will never request write access to Stripe or GitHub beyond what is necessary for the service.
You may revoke OAuth access at any time through Stripe or GitHub's connected apps settings.
Actions classified as T2 (write actions in external systems) require your explicit approval before execution.

4. Your Data

You own your data. Forge Dynamics processes your data to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your operational data, reports, or memory pages.

You may export your data at any time. Upon cancellation, you have 30 days to export. You may request immediate deletion at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full data retention and deletion details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary algorithms, playbook logic, or model weights.
Use the service to process data belonging to individuals who have not consented to this processing.
Share your account credentials or provide unauthorized access to third parties.
Submit false, misleading, or manipulated data to influence AI recommendations.
Attempt to circumvent the human-in-the-loop approval system for T2 actions.
Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.

6. AI Recommendations & Limitations

Advisory only — not a licensed professional

Forge Dynamics provides AI-generated operational guidance. This is not financial advice, legal counsel, tax guidance, or professional services of any kind. The CEO, CFO, PM, and Advisor agents generate recommendations based on patterns in your data. You should apply independent judgment before acting on any recommendation.

Confidence scores are probabilistic, not guarantees

Confidence scores reflect calibrated historical accuracy of the system's recommendations. A confidence score of 0.88 means the system has historically been correct in similar situations ~88% of the time — not that any individual recommendation will succeed.

Financial metrics are deterministic; AI outputs are not

MRR, churn rate, unit economics, and all financial calculations are produced by deterministic Python code and are auditable. Narrative recommendations, playbook selections, and Advisor notes are produced by language models and may contain errors. Verify financial decisions against your own records.

7. Payments & Subscription

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

8. Intellectual Property

Forge Dynamics retains ownership of the platform, algorithms, playbook logic, agent architecture, and all software. Your operational data, reports generated from your data, and memory pages derived from your data remain yours.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Forge Dynamics platform without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FORGE DYNAMICS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Forge Dynamics and its officers, directors, and employees from any claim, liability, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard or by emailing legal@forgedynamicsai.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Data retention obligations are as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings conducted in Delaware.
